The 49ers are traveling to Glendale, Arizona this weekend to face the Arizona Cardinals. This Week 11 matchup marks the second meeting between these teams, following San Francisco's 16-15 win at Levi's Stadium. Let's dive into your questions!
Q: How many players on the roster are from the AZ area? @jay.patel813
There are four players on the 49ers roster from Arizona: CBChase Lucas(Chandler), WRRicky Pearsall(Phoenix), QBBrock Purdy(Queen Creek), and WRJacob Cowing(Maricopa).
Q: How different are the Cardinals this time compared to Week 3? @ayinde_c
On Friday, head coach Kyle Shanahan shared: "I think it'll be very similar. There are some different players for us, some different players for them Everyone makes some adjustments, and you find those out on Sunday, but with division opponents, not a ton changes." With that being said, the Cardinals will be without several key contributors from Week 3, including QB Kyler Murray, RB James Conner, RB Trey Benson, WR Zay Jones, LB Mack Wilson Sr., and WR Marvin Harrison Jr. While some faces have changed in the matchup, the 49ers can still lean on what they learned from their first contest against the Cardinals.

I'm really excited to watch TEGeorge Kittleagainst this Cardinals defense. He's coming off his best game so far this season with nine catches for 84 yards. Kittle's one of the toughest players in the league to tackle, and his impact as both a receiver and a blocker is huge for San Francisco's offense. I'm looking forward to watching him control the middle of the field and open up the run game against Arizona.

Pieiro has been perfect for the 49ers, making all 19 of his field goals since joining in Week 2, including six from 50+ yards. His consistency and big kicks, like his career-longest 59-yarder against the Rams, earned him NFC Special Teams Player of the Month for October.
